It seems normal, almost sane to have Writing Wednesdays, yeah? Yeah! So I have been dying to try and figure out how to make this work. Like seriously. Do i put it out there, or do I try something different? I put it off. I introduced Fully Awake Dreamers, which is still happening but I’ve decided to be a little lighter with posting them, because it needs to be special. This now brings me to something more. Something better.
Welcome to Writing Wednesday.
What’s the deal with is? Well I’m glad you asked.
Today (and every Wednesday from now on) I will be giving you a writing prompt. Something that will help you along. It may become a part of something you’re working on, or it could just be something fun to blow off some steam on. The best thing? All of these will be taken from this amazing book. The Write-Brain Workbook by Bonnie Neubuer. It’s full of really great colours and beautifulness. I’m going to pick one at random and hope like god I don’t end up repeating myself (I’ve done that before!) So here we go! Today’s prompt is:
Use the Oh No! as your starter for your story and add in the following expressions: No dice, no problem, no time like the present, no news is good news, no swat, no way.
Have fun with it and don’t think too much about it. Send me what you’ve done at dreaming(at)dreamingfullyawake(dot)com. I’d love to see what you guys are getting up to.
